PTI lodges petition against Nawaz Sharif

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan Said on Sunday the agitation would likely to continue till Sharif family responded to panama papers allegations against them. He further announced PTI lodges petition against Nawaz Sharif in the Supreme Court today on Monday.

IK suspected the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz-led government of destroying state institutions. He further added, there would be no corruption if the National Accountability Bureau and the Federal Board of Revenue functioned efficiently.

While addressing party workers PTI Chief urged to announce party’s upcoming strategy at Charing Cross on Sep 3.

The party’s accountability movement was earlier announced by the captain as the supposed movement would extent Lahore on September 3 in the form of a rally from Shahdara to Charing Cross.

Khan assured the PTI would invite all parties to the rally which he said would be peaceful.

PTI Chief also visited the family of Mirza Tanvir, a PTI worker who was killed last week. During his discourse IK also accused MNA Hamza Shahbaz of having harassed Mirza Tanvir.

Tanvir had been the plaintiff in the murder case of his two brothers who were killed during local government elections in Lahore preceding year.
